Legal Question in Civil Litigation in North Carolina
im a roofing contractor in NC im in a civil suit over a roof i installed in my contract i garantee against leaks for five years every thing else ist maufaturer anyway no leaks but theres rust specs on the sheetmetal which is not in my signed contract at all. so he is trying to sue me for a new roof and i think i shud answer with a motion for dismisal.how do i win this cant aford a lawyer so i have to represent my self
