server at olive garden broke a glass and the broken pieces went all over my 14 month old baby we find glasses on her coat what should i do ?

If your child was hurt, take him or her to the doctor and get him or her checked out. Then take the bill to olive garden for them to pay. If she was not hurt, you have no damages for which you could sue. You can alwasy speak to management and see if they will compensate you in some way with a discount or a free meal.
