Legal Question in Civil Litigation in North Carolina
Someone was supposed to be working on my car after hours on his free time, he works for a transmission shop. My transmission went out on my. He tow it to his house in the summer.Just found out over the weekend he towed it again to his friends auto shop back in June without out telling me or without my consent. I just traded the car in for another car, but he won't release the location of the shop without the full, payment being paid. Can he do that?
