Legal Question in Civil Litigation in North Carolina

somebody at work told the supervisor that I was going to shoot somebody with a gun. Both my supervisor and the NOC director talked to me about but they did not say who the person is. So far they have interviewed several employees on my shift and nobody has confirmed this LIE about me.
