Legal Question in Civil Litigation in North Carolina
If I have a written agreement with someone to make payments on my car loan, can I terminate the agreement if they don't pay the amount they promised to pay? And can I take my car back?

If you have a properly drafted agreement, it should specify the terms under which the agreement can be terminated. If you have something you did yourself on notebook paper you ripped out of your kids 3rd grade loose leaf binder then - likely not.
