written contract with an ex-boyfriend

I wanted to know if I had a written and signed contract between myself and my ex and he did not do what he agreed to on the contract (marriage by a certain date as he had stated or he would owe me a certain amount of money for bills and other expenses)did I have anything I could use in court?

What state are you in, AR or NC? When was this contract signed? Do you have the original contract?

I would like to see a copy of the contract. It is possible that you have something you can use in court, but I would need more information. This is a very interesting question.
