Legal Question in Immigration Law in North Carolina

I'm a 16 year old illegal immagrant. If i receive a scholarship to attend college can I accept it and go to college even if I am illegal? (Also ultimatly become a citizen of the US) What states have laws that can make this possible?

Yes it is however you would need to depart and return with the proper documentation. There is a provision in the law that allows you to do this. Please consider discussing with an attorney about how to do this.
