Legal Question in Immigration Law in North Carolina

I wonder what are the chances that a person of 58 years of age, can legally adopt an adult of 46 years.

Migrant goods, because I have time to live with an American citizen.

For immigration purposes, you cannot adopt an adult & then petition them for a greencard. With regards to the adoption process in general, I recommend contacting a Family law attorney in your area.
