My daughter is in India.i am intrestd to bring her in USA on EB-5 VISA.i an in USA from may2013.i interstat to envest 500000-00 doller in motel 120 room in TENASE STATE on her neam miss jimmy Naik.i will given job to more then 10 person for more then five years. So USA gavrmant can give my daughter EB-5 VISA and green card ??

The EB5 process is complex & for $500,000 you CANNOT invest in your own business. You must invest in a designated Regional Center. You absolutely need to hire an experienced immigration attorney for this type of case.

Also, the EB5 residency is CONDITIONAL for the 1st 2 years, so there are also other forms & documents that must be filed before the conditional resident card expires, otherwise, the conditional resident could fall out of status.
