Legal Question in Immigration Law in North Carolina

my fiance case has been denial by consular.a week ago.and i like to know if there is any other option for us to refile a new case again.if there is any affect by the old one.our case was denial by the consular which he or she don't believe that our relationship is real or genuine.and to accusing our relationship is a sham.please help us decide in this issue

If the Department of State is denying and accusing you and him of a sham marriage, there are serious repercussions. There are specific measures you should consider taking to rebut this accusation. You should retain counsel immediately to discuss this matter fully. And please fully disclose your true facts and circumstances and your fiance should be prepared to do the same.
