Legal Question in Immigration Law in North Carolina

My future wife

my fiance is 18 years old, and her parents brought her here on a legal work visa when she was 4 years old..their visa expired, but her family remained here..i want to get married to her and make her a citizen because i want her to have health insurance, and i want her to go to college as well..my biggest fear is that she will have to leave the country, and i will lose her as my wife..what course of action should we take, and if you were to guess, what are her chances of staying here? also if she applies, what will happen to her family?

Re: My future wife

Nothing shall happen to her family unless someone report them. As of your fiancee, marry her and file for her adjustment of status. There will be a fee to pay because she overstayed in the country.

Re: My future wife

Legal entry to the U.S. allows her to file for a green card through you (assuming you are a U.S. citizen).
