GC and Advance Parole

If my H-1B status is expired and I donot have AP but my I485 is current and approved EB2 category and I am in INDIA. Can I enter USA without AP or H-1B. Can i apply a visitor visa and enter usa or how should i enter usa?

When you left during the pendancy of the I-485 without advance parole, you abandoned the I-485 and must now start the consular processing. Please email if you have any questions or if you want to discuss starting consular processing.
