If a gentleman marries a woman who has a green card, those he get to have a green card as well?

There are a few more facts that would be needed to fully answer this question. Possibly yes, but it will depend upon how the man entered the US/his immigration and criminal history. Also, unless she becomes a US citizen, it will be some years before the greencard would be available to him. If you would like to discuss this further please let me know.
