H1 COS approved - want to continue on L1A

I am currently working on L1A. My H1B COS has been approved effective 1-Oct. Now, I do not want to work on H1. If I ask the attorney to cancel the H1 COS, will that allow me to continue working on L1A without my L1A employer know about it.

How do I know that because of H1B COS, my L1A has not been revoked. Thanks.

Re: H1 COS approved - want to continue on L1A

Just continue in L-1A status for your present employer and do not verify work authorization with the new employer on October 1st. Your H-1B employer may want to consider sending a letter to the CIS to withdraw the H-1B and to the DOL to withdraw the LCA. As you are likely aware, you will probably be able to get a relatively quick green card using the E1-3 multinational executive classification if your L-1A employer is willing to sponsor you for lawful permanent residence.
