my husband of 4 years is an ilegal from mexico we have 2 kids,what can i do to keep our family together,and him a job??????

Depending on how your husband entered the U.S. Is going to determine whether he can adjust his status inside the U.S. Or he may have to depart the U.S. And re-enter with a waiver etc.
