Legal Question in Immigration Law in North Carolina
I am an immigrant with H1B visa. I am working as a consultant for company A which is filing my LCA for the new client location. And I got a full time offer from company B which wants to transfer my H1B. And Company B is also applying for the LCA. Would it be a problem to have two companies file LCA for two different locations at the same time.
