How long is a ban for someone who was a voluntary return and was only fishing with no license

That crime does not make someone inadmissible. I would need to know if you were out of status in the U.S. and if so, for how long.

You were not likely removed for not having a fishing license. You were likely removed because you were out of status. Depending on how you entered the country and the amount of time you were out of status will dictate which inadmissibility bar has been triggered by your departure. You should retain counsel to retrieve both your immigration court file and your CIS file to make said determination and advise you accordingly.
