Legal Question in Immigration Law in North Carolina
I am from Mexico, my brother is a US Citizen and filed for me in 04/2001, my husband is from El Salvador, can I change the state of chargeability? and use the category of visas for El Salvador, and both of us applied at the same time now?

Hello:
You cannot change the State of Chargeability based upon your husband. You may want to consider an employment based visa.
