There are 3 ways to bring him here. One way is while he is your fiance and the other two ways would require you to go to Mexico to marry him first. For a free consultation, please contact my office at 1-800-408-5818 or email me at [email protected].

You have an issue that has not been addressed and is of most significant concern. How did your fiance enter the U.S., when and whether or not he has ever departed the U.S. These are issues that must be determined prior to departing the U.S. as there may be inadmissibility bars triggered. Please do not do anything until you and your fiance have reviewed his immigration history with a licensed, practicing immigration attorney.

If your fiance entered the country the first time or multiple times without inspection, there would be an inadmissibility bar against him. I agree with my colleague that you and your fiance should go over his entire immigration history with an experienced immigration attorney before proceeding.
