Legal Question in Immigration Law in North Carolina

I have a political asylum that is in process to be cancel due to family petition has been filed for i-130 and then for i-485

we can afford the bills and the house plus i am about to give birth soon. my husband house is not under my name or the deed. so i apply for another house that we can afford.all was good they even said that my husband can sign the deed. but now the underwriter ask for a recorded separation before i can get complete approval. what can i do ?

If I stay in the house we in he might get a modification but since we married they will need to add me in and will crunch my credit score due to debt ratio and the mortgage wont be low at all that we can afford.

If I move to the other house is only 400.00 a month and I can stay home with the kids and all bills paid by my husband. But I am scared if I can get deported or what will happen if they find out.

We were thinking not filing thru court just recorded only .

Thanks.

I'm not exactly sure what your situation is but you don't need to worry about getting deported because you decided to move to or buy another house. You mostly need to be sure that you can prove that your marriage is legitimate, that it wasn't entered into only so that you could get a green card and it sounds as if you live together, are having a baby and planning on staying together.
