You'll need to post much more information than one sentence. When did he enter the U.S.? How many times has he entered the U.S.? Has he always used a visa or has he ever used a visa? Has he committed any crimes? Are you financially able to sponsor him? Best advice is sit down with a lawyer and discuss these issues and many more.
