I agree with the prior response. There are many ways that an employer can sponsor a foreign worker. It depends on many factors including, the type of employment, and the education and skill level of the foreign worker. Our office is located in North Carolina. The most common way to sponsor is through the PERM process which has extensive requirements. You must also see that the aliens you are sponsoring qualify.
