travel out of USA with travel documents

i applied for chenge of status in november 2004 after getting married to a US citizen.i was supposed to leave the country feb 2002 but i did not cos i was already engaged.in 2006 my dad at home got very sick.i appied for travel documents that came a 2 weeks after he died valid for one year.the travel parole expires on march 10th 2007.

i would like to attend the memorial service early march.

CAN I GO or will i be allowed to get back to US after my travel?

It is difficult to advise you since you have not mentioned why you fell out of status. Also, from the little information you have provided me it appears that you may certainly run some risks of reentry if you do not have your green card prior to travel.
