Wife came illegaly from Mex. and we are married. What next?

I met my wife last year and we got married last October. She came here illegaly from mexico in 2000. I understand the only way we can get her legal is to wait for a new 245i, if it ever comes. Do we have any other options?

Your understanding is very close to correct. There are some options, but none good. You could file the immigrant visa petition now, so that you have taken some action, but that may involve some risk. You may also decide to try consular processing, with a waiver, but that too would have signficant risks and time commitments. Before taking any action, I strongly suggest that you discuss your options fully with an immigration attorney.
