Legal Question in Immigration Law in North Carolina
I was wondering if the "unlawful presence" clause related to differed action recipients. Because all differed action recipients were in the US unlawfully at some point.

I apologize, but I am not sure what clause you are referring to. There are so many laws with regards to unlawful presence. Are you referring to the Provisional Waiver? The 3/10 year bar? Deferred Action (DACA)? Could you please elaborate? Thank you.
