I was hit by a truck no injuries but the damage to my truck was estimated at 2974.76
the insurance co only wants to pay 1959.00 no rental
rental cost approx 501.98

If the other driver was at fault, and you were not, then they are liable for your property damage and a reasonable period of rental. You may need to see an attorney if they will not offer you fair compensation.
