auto insurance claim rights
my son was driving my car(who is insured to drive)
in a parking lot a expedition back out an hit him in
the right rear. at first the insurance co. said we will do repairs and furnish a rental car. after i got
estimate for repairs(1990 rs camaro)which paint can't be matched per repair shop no guarentees. i summitted
the 1 quote insurane co. requested.the insurance co. now sends out adjuster and goes to maco paint shop to
get a quote from there without the car. and then cuts
the cheap quote from 800.00 to 356.00. this will not
repair the car. what can i do?

Have the repair shop you want negotiate directly with

the insurer's adjuster to arrive at a satisfactory

solution.
