Legal Question in Insurance Law in North Carolina
My car was stolen
My car was stolen and found submerged in water. My insurance company wants proof of my income a list of all my depts and payments and all our utilities a copy of my bank statments and our cell phone bills. Do they legally have a right to this personal info ?

Most insurance policies have one or more provisions which require the person seeking coverage to cooperate with the insurer and to provide certain documents.
