Legal Question in Insurance Law in North Carolina

insurance collections

my spouse did not cooperate with the insurance company after an accident. They are now stating that this caused unnecessary legal fees and want $30K in legal fees paid back. I need to negotiate a pmt arrangement or settlement however every lawyer I call to help me states they only handle personal injuries. How can I get someone to help me?

You probably need a lawyer that also works with insurance coverage, and not just personal injuries. You can go to several legal directories (online or in paper) to look for an "insurance" attorney. You may also contact me and I will provide you with some guidance.
