Not a whole lot to go on here. The medical insurance policy probably excepts any MVA, unless there is an underlying pathology that is activated or, perhaps, exacerbated by the MVA.

Is there enough value here to sue the auto insurance company? (We beat up insurance companies and our founder has started an initiative in the personal lines arena.)
