I have checked the statute and a couple of cases, but cannot quickly find a good answer. The Statute, 97-2, indicates that workers compensation is required in "private employments in which three or more employees are regularly employed in the same business or establishment." You may want to consult a lawyer in your area. Another option would be to consult with your insurance agent; they may be able to get some reliable information.
