Legal Question in Insurance Law in North Carolina

signed waiver and then got another bill

After i thought all my bills were paid by insurance of guy who hit me, and i signed a paper saying that, i got a bill for an xray that i had forgotten. Insurance company says they won't pay since i signed the document. HELP! What are my legal rights or did i sign them away?

It sounds like you signed them away, but to be sure you should have an attorney review the paperwork you signed.
