Legal Question in International Law in North Carolina

World financial group

I received a letter and a check from a place or company saying World Financial Group. What kind of company is this and is it listed with the B.B.B. Also it states that I won thousands of dollars and I am to call this number within 5 days. Also I musst use part of the money to pay my tax agent with a Moneygram oor through Western Union. Please talk back don't know what kind of law it is.
