Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in North Carolina

already on 6 months probation i am 15. Charge # 1 - Injury to real property(14-127_ Charge # 2 - Weapons on educational property(it was a bb gun)(14-269.2) Charge # 3 - Breaking or entering (14-54b) Charge # 4 - Simple possesion schedule VI controlled substance(90-95(a)(3)) Ok so here is the story, it is winter here, and me and a friend, didnt break into the press box in the stadium at school, we just opened up an unlocked window and went in. The reason we did all of this., and i know it is stupid is because of how cold it was outside. Inside we smoked weed, and shot a canned drink with the bb gun. We made several videos/pictures, which i know is stupid to document while we were in there. When we left, we left the window open and everything. Well i got caught and so did he and they took my phone and found the evidence that we were in there. Now they say we broke the door(we didnt even touch it) broke the PA system, broke the lights, and shot the chair. Which is false although i think we may have broke the light when the bb ricoshaded off the can drink. It took them like 2 weeks to find out so anyone could have went up there during that time I have court tomorrow morning. What should i expect? Im still a juvenile but already on probation. Im not a bad kid, i just made a dumb choice that day and own up to it. Im in northcarolina. Will i be sent to juvy? Dont comment unless you know, and anyway i could talk the judge into a lesser sentence? Thanks alot. NO BULLSHIT COMMENTS

You need an attorney to represent you, you will not be able to handle this on your own.

Second, don't post any comments on sites like these admitting guilt. The DA's and law enforcement track these sites and with the amount of info you gave, they can track it to your case

Finally, you will need to change your attitude to improve your situation. You are on a free site, where attorneys will give their time and answers to you for free. posting: "Don't comment unless you know" and "No BS Comments" is not the way to gain sympathy for your cause. Make sure what when you appear in court you are much more cooperative.
