Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in North Carolina
My 15 year old son has refused to attend his new school and I have had truancy papers filed against me. He is now attending after missing over 10 days but I am still being threatened with arrest.

Yes, that is the status of the law. If a child refuses to go to school it is your duty as a parent to make him go to school.
