I was accidentally. Exposed to marajuana and tested positive. I injured my knee at work the same day of the exposure, before the accidental exposure. I still can't believe I tested positive. I have had my pre disciplanary meeting. And was told that if I'm not terminated,that I will have to go through drug rehab, and I'm sorry I'm not going to do that I'm not a drug attic and it will be in my permanent. Medical record, it was not my fault, I walked in on someone. Smoking marajuana. What do I do

Unless, you are ready to spend a ton of money in medical experts, you might want to consider quitting the job or doing as they ask. There are a number of studies that show that a "contact high" will not register on a drug test. Whether we agree with it or not, the current research in the field shows that a person who does not directly inhale marijuana smoke, by actually smoking it, cannot test positive on a drug test.
