If I went to Amsterdam for vacation and decided to partake in one of the local Hashish Bars (which is legal); can I be terminated from my job if my urinalysis test comes up positive?

Yes you can. In fact, in NC you can be terminated for any reason other than discrimination. If you engage in this activity where it is legal you need to make sure it is out of your system when you get to work. If you are tested, they can terminate you, and you will likely not be qualified for unemployment benefits.
