Legal Question in Employment Law in North Carolina
i am a cna and they say they company dont have to pay cna over time but in the employee hand book it say after we work 40 hrts a week we get pad at time in one half could hold them on that

If you are an hourly employee they have to pay OT. Call the NC Dept of Labor, Wage and Hour Division, for help.
