Legal Question in Employment Law in North Carolina

The company I work for changed the way we clock in about 6 months ago. Since then my paycheck has not been correct because of glitches in the clock. Do I have any recourse. My employer has made pay adjustments in the past but the problem continues and I am fed up with having to deal with this month after month.

If the employer makes the appropriate corrections, there is not much you can do. Your recourse will be if you are not paid properly and they refuse to fix it. If they do this, you can contact the Department of Labor to file a wage complaint.
