Legal Question in Employment Law in North Carolina
my GM said that i stole money from another employee and it is on camera yet he refuses to show me the footage. can he refuse to show me evidence supporting his claim?

At this point, you have no right to see the evidence. You have the right to see it if you are criminally prosecuted.
