Legal Question in Employment Law in North Carolina
harassment
I am being harassed at work by supervisors due to filing eeoc complaint. I called usps zero tolerance hotline to complain of workplace abuse and they called my supervisors and did not call me. N ow they are aatempting to fire me My lawyer says eeo complaint is tenuous because though it is gender specific it is mostly aimed at me personally. What can I do?

Re: harassment
First, consult with your own attorney. You might want to revise the EEOC complaint to include retaliation. If they fire you, your case will be stronger.
