Legal Question in Employment Law in North Carolina
Can a place of employment legally force its employees to get the flu vaccination and if an employee refuses, can that employee be terminated. New Hanover Hospital system is trying to force all employees to be vaccinated or be terminated. Is this even legal to make people have a foreign substance injected into their bodies if they do not want it?
