Can I sue my boss/employer if I could prove they were doing illegal drugs and had a drug addiction while at work/working for them?

My current employer has an illegal drug addiction and it is affecting the business and my livelihood. I wasn't aware of the issue when I first started, but now I am fully aware and have evidence. I kept a document from day one explaining behavior and I also have 1-3 witnesses who I work with that know he is on drugs as well. I was promised equity in the company but still have yet to receive that, and I am positive the CEO is spending company money on illegal narcotics.
