Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in North Carolina
I have a fitness center. I endured a lawsuit put in place by my landlord last year based on reasonable noise. He lost and I'm still here but my neighbor is still complaining. This has been going on for a year now. Can I consider harassment? I don't feel free to do business under constant duress.

You should consult with an attorney in your area. Unfortunately, we don't have enough information to give you a proper answer. If a neighbor has "legitimate" concerns about noise, complaining would not in itself give rise to a harassment claim.
