Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in North Carolina

I would like to know more infor about owner financing/selling

I would like to know exactly what types of laws that I have to abide by in my state in order to sell my home and finance it to another person/persons. Also I would like to know what kind/types of forms I would need to use in order to go forward with this transaction and how do I make it legal and binding.

I recommend you obtain local (NC) real estate counsel to guide you. You can screw things up in a hurry if you don't handle it right.
