can my landlord kick me out for no reason i have never been late on rent i have made improvements to the property they are getting mad because my phone number is on there phone bill and its long distance (its a cell)i have explained that it is from them calling me but they say i am lying i have no lease what choices do i have

Without a lease your landlord simply needs to give proper notice and they can ask you to leave.
