Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in North Carolina
my landlord will not spray my house for a problem with roaches that only sufaced a little after we moved in he also will not fix leaking pipes that is causing my water bill to be very high. i have notified him of the problem and hes been promising to do somthing since may of this year. He dosnt want me to call an exterminator and i have a lease till aprill 2011. what can i do ?

Write a letter and send it certified mail. Then either hire an attorney or sue him in small claims court.
