Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in North Carolina

I live in subsized senior housing. The complex recently underwent foreclosure as is on the market. What happens to the current rental contracts under new ownership? Do we lose our rent subsidies under private ownership?

I strongly recommend you contact Legal Aid in your area. I have never heard

of a subsidized housing facility being foreclosed upon...this is a very

rare occurrence.
