If I lived at a place for 4 yrs and had a verbal agreement of working on the farm in exchange for the house on the property. Can the person get a trepass warrant filed against me if I've established resident there and paying for the electric that wasn't in my name?

By "in exchange for the house" I assume you mean a rental. Unfortunately, you cannot transfer a home or land with an oral contract. Even in renting, an oral agreement cannot last longer than 3 years. At this time, he most likely could not get a trespassing warrant, but he could likely evict you.
