Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in North Carolina

i moved out of my apartment in feb my kids still went to the same school so i would get the off the bus over where i lived the propery manager took upon her self to call the school and inform them that i moved and that she didnt want them getting off the bus there. Have my rights been voilated and can i sue

No, you have no right to a particular bus stop or a particular school is the school district has a defined system for assignment. The manager...either worried about the liability of having children that don't live in the complex getting off the bus there, or out of pure spite did not violate any rights.
